I ran the Manchester Marathon 2 years ago, in 2015. I remember being really disappointed in my performance despite having done all of the classic runners training. I’ve been wearing a fitness tracker of some description for a few years now. It’s totally changed how I approach my own goals, not just in fitness, but wellbeing in general. I’ve used a few different models in the past from brands like Jawbone, Apple, and most recently, Fitbit.
