When it comes to health, sometimes we all get wrapped up in all the different advice flying around and begin to take ourselves a little too seriously. Here’s the people bringing back the fun in fitness!

3. Belly Dancing

Led by one of the UK’s best Egyptian belly dance instructors, this super fun class will teach you all you need to know about belly dancing and have you shaking your hips in no time. Great fun in a group or on your own thanks to a supportive atmosphere, this class at the Dancehouse welcomes everyone – even if they do have two left feet.

4. Disco Ball Flow

5. Parkour

Have you ever seen someone do parkour and wondered how they got started at something so exciting? then this beginners parkour class may be for you. Held by Cloud Aerial Arts, the masters of all airborne workouts you be shown some moves, put through some drills, and generally intorduced to the diverse world of parkour. All you need is a bit of bravery and a comfy outfit to get started on this exciting parkour journey.
